After high school, he started working for his family business full-time while going to college at night. Over his 16 years with the company, he helped the business nearly double in size to a 12-bay garage with a 15,000 square foot body shop. In 2003, he joined the ATI family as a Coach. In addition to coaching, he teaches Shop Owner Classes, writes for industry publications, and hosts the ATI Podcast Driving Change at ATI.
